Bio : Willi Faust's passenger. Nickname Petter. Killed during private testing for BMW at Hockenheim. Remmert was badly injured and never raced again. Faust and Remmert were the defending World and German champions, having won three Grands Prix in 1955 with their works BMW outfit.
